Haiti - Gold Cup 2017 : First test match of Grenadiers [2-2]

Friday afternoon, 5th day in Trinidad to play the 2017 Gold Cup play-offs, the Grenadiers trained on the side court of the Ashley Crawford stadium in Port-of-Spain, where the second friendly meeting of our national team will be played, Monday 2 January, against "Defense Force" a D1 club of Trinidad.

Under a fine rain, the training began with comments from coach Josaphat who returned to the draw [2-2] at the W. Connection club on Thursday night. He expressed his apprehensions and also his satisfactions on certain aspects of this friendly match, important for the selection that prepares the two play-offs encounters of the Gold Cup 2017 against Suriname on January 6 and Trinidad on January 8.

The Grenadiers are on their 4th training session. Belfort Kervens Fils arrived Friday night and will participate in at least one of the two Saturday training sequences scheduled at St Mary's College Grounds.

The Grenadiers will continue their training this Sunday before Monday's friendly.

Guerry Romondt, Sebastien Thuriere, Sony Nordé and Duckens Nazon will arrive this weekend and if there are no last minute changes, should complete the final list of 18 Grenadiers for the pre-qualifying triangular for the 2017 Gold Cup.
